How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

Request a Return or Exchange:

Email us at info@saidafashion.shop with your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Specify whether you want a refund or an exchange (e.g., size or product replacement).

Shipping Label:

• If you’re requesting a refund and need a return label, we’ll provide one via email. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

• If you’re using your own shipping method, you’ll receive a 100% refund without deductions.

• If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll provide a prepaid return label free of charge.

Prepare Your Package:
Securely pack the item(s) you’re returning, ensuring they meet the return conditions listed below.

Send It Back:
Drop off the package with the return label provided or via your chosen shipping method.


Return & Exchange Conditions

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Return requests must be initiated within 15 business days of receiving the product.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• If you requested a return label from us, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns made with your own shipping method will not incur deductions, and you’ll receive a 100% refund.

Exchanges:

• For size exchanges or product replacements, all shipping costs (return shipping and replacement shipping) are covered by Saida Fashion.

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra charge.


Important Notes

Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet the return conditions (e.g., used, without tags, or damaged) will not be accepted.

No Hidden Charges: If you use your own shipping method, you will not be charged for the return process.

Free Exchanges: Exchanges are completely free of charge, including all shipping costs.
