How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Specify if you prefer a refund or an exchange (e.g., different size or product replacement).

Pack & Ship
- Securely pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Use the return label provided or your preferred shipping method.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Be securely packed to avoid damage.
- Have a return request initiated within 15 business days of delivery.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you request a return label from us, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If you use your own shipping method, you’ll receive a full refund with no deductions.
Exchanges:
- Free exchanges for size or product replacements.
- We provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement free of charge.
Important Notes
- Rejected Returns: Items that don’t meet the return conditions (e.g., used, missing tags, or damaged) will not be accepted.
- No Hidden Fees: If you use your own shipping method, there are no return processing fees.
- Free Exchanges: All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by us.
